About time in Zietz
Amazing time with Ukrainian women artists within feministic residency with Martin Roth Initiative and @ifa.de support in Zietz, Germany in the beginning of March. This was an offline part of our long-term online art residency, with the common aim of a publication (good news: it will be a printed version too 🤩!)
Our projects, support, ideas, saturated program, workshops, and time in Leipzig were like a fresh air within a war reality for all of us. I’ve met a new community, which is an actual treasure for me nowadays. Thank you to all involved. If I missed someone to tag, please comment below. Love 💕

Sofa Art Residency 2024
It was the best art residency in Slovakia for me in the last two years. I went without any expectations, just to relax. By some miracle, I took some materials for work, a sketchbook, and a flute: as they say, non-production, but if I do not make demands, the result is much better, everything happens even more powerfully.
Two weeks flew by imperceptibly: I painted almost all the time between trips to the natural and artistic locations of Žilina. I haven’t enjoyed freedom, summer, landscapes, museums, and new views of familiar things for a long time. Great support for me as a Ukrainian artist from the local art community) Deep communication with art critics, architects, and restorers. Of course, I talked about the war and my life experience in Ukraine over the past three years.

Резиденція Диван 2024
Краща мистецька резиденція в Словаччині для мене за останні два роки. Поїхала без будь-яких очікувань, просто відпочити. Якимось чудом взяла трохи матеріалів для роботи, скетчбуки і флейту: як-то кажуть, нон-продакшен, але мені якщо не ставити вимоги, то результат значно кращий, все відбувається ще потужніше.
Два тижні промайнули непомітно: малювала майже весь час між подорожами по природних і мистецьких локаціях Жиліни. Давно не отримувала такого задоволення від свободи, літа, краєвидів, музеїв і нових поглядів на звичні речі. Чудова підтримка мене як українського митця з боку місцевої мистецької спільноти) Глибоке спілкування з мистецтвознавцями, архітекторами, реставраторами. Звісно, розповідала і про війну і про свій досвід життя в Україні за останні три роки..

Scatter the stones
Today is my last day at Ukrainian non-production residency in Vyzhnitsa (south-western Ukraine), organized by @cultural_traffic 💛💙
This is the first residency with six more artists where I actually can do nothing, just go deep into the local Bukovina culture and enjoy thinking, walking around the beautiful nature, reading, and sharing thoughts with others. I had much time during these two weeks to think about my topic – Heterotopia, after Michel Foucault, about ‘the other place’. Vyzhnitsa and this residency are perfect places to get a little rest from the sirens, the big city, and the war.
Because of this opportunity, I had the occasion to do a very tiny artwork To scatter stones.
There is a river Cheremosh and I just love the huge field of stones on its banks. I just remembered how I drew on the stones in Crimea which is now occupied by russia, on the seashore in 2011 and 2012. Here, the landscape much reminded me of that and I just painted short quotes and drawings, I was thinking about. Red, black and white.

Мистецька резиденція ім.Назарія Войтовича 2018
Працюю вже 10 днів в мистецькій резиденції ім. Назарія Войтовича в селі Травневе Тернопільської обл. Разом з іншими митцями готуємось до фінальної виставки в Збаражському замку 15/06 о 16-00. Живопис, кераміка, ленд арт, відеоанімація, мозаїка.. Я наразі практикую українську і роблю живописний проект “Увертюра. Щоденник”, що є частиною більшого майбутнього проекту “Механічний балет”.
