water&#8217;s surface is an ideal environment for contemplation. It\u2019s my own method to heal the pain. It resembles a web, the Internet, or mycelium or \u200b\u200brhizome. It is also a metaphor for the impermanence of the world and changes, as well as of our worldview, life habits, and beliefs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The video starts with the word \u2018pain\u2019 and also refers to the Kakhovka tragedy of 2023, which occurred due to the Russian occupiers undermining the dam of the reservoir, unleashing floods that submerged towns, devastated farmland, and polluted water supplies. This act, while catastrophic for civilians, was a calculated maneuver to destabilize Ukraine&#8217;s infrastructure and deny its people the basic means of survival.
